The E-commerce Intern plays a key role in supporting the growth of our online store. You'll assist with various tasks across different areas of e-commerce, from product management to customer support.
Responsibilities:
Product Management:
Assist with creating and uploading product listings, including high-quality images, descriptions, and specifications.
Maintain accurate product information and pricing on the e-commerce platform.
Research and recommend new products to add to the online store.
Marketing & Sales:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, Pinterest, and social media.
Process customer orders and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Respond to customer inquiries about products, orders, and promotions.
Customer Support:
Provide excellent customer service via email, chat, or phone.
Troubleshoot customer issues related to orders, returns, and product usage.
Maintain positive customer relationships and gather feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail operations is a plus.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
