What the hell is this? I trusted your brand, but this is completely unacceptable. The product I received is nothing like what I expected. It’s of very poor quality, and honestly, it's quite disgusting. I feel completely misled and deeply disappointed. Please stop misleading customers with false advertising. I expected far better from a beauty brand. This kind of experience is not okay and seriously damages trust in your company.
